About
Located in Budapest, Hungary, the University of Veterinary Science is a historically renowned institution specializing entirely in veterinary medicine, biology, and animal science, offering globally respected degrees taught fully in English, German, and Hungarian. Its academic strength lies in its comprehensive clinical training and veterinary programs that attract a heavily international student body, with well over half of its students coming from outside Hungary. The campus provides dedicated support structures, including an International Student Office that assists with admissions, housing, and academic integration to help foreign students navigate the demanding curriculum. A distinctive characteristic of this institution is its historic yet modern campus right in the heart of Budapest, which combines centuries-old veterinary tradition with state-of-the-art diagnostic laboratories and a fully functioning animal hospital.
