About
Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), located in Kota, Rajasthan, is a prominent public university established to affiliate and govern technical institutions across the state. It is best known for its robust engineering programs, including Computer Science, Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical Engineering, as well as its Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degrees. For international students, the primary language of instruction for technical courses is English, facilitating a smooth academic transition. While a dedicated international student office with extensive bespoke programs might not be as prominent as in some larger universities, international students are admitted and supported through the general admissions and student welfare departments. A distinctive characteristic of RTU is its crucial role as the affiliating university for a vast network of engineering and management colleges throughout Rajasthan, setting academic standards and conducting examinations for thousands of students across the state.
