About
Gwangju Catholic University is a specialized institution primarily dedicated to theological education and the formation of Catholic priests and religious leaders. Its academic focus is intensely centered on Theology, Philosophy, and Pastoral Studies, making it a unique choice for students specifically pursuing a vocation within the Catholic Church. While not a general university with a wide array of international programs, it may offer limited opportunities for international students interested in advanced theological research or specific exchange programs with other Catholic institutions. The primary language of instruction is Korean, and support for international students is tailored to this specialized context.
