About
Bakke Graduate University (BGU), based in Dallas, Texas, is a global Christian institution best known for its graduate programs in transformational leadership, urban ministry, and faith-integrated business. Designed primarily for mid-career practitioners, BGU offers specialized doctoral and master’s degrees—such as the Doctor of Transformational Leadership and Executive MBA—through a hybrid format that pairs online learning with week-long global city immersions. Instead of a traditional campus experience, BGU fosters a hyper-diverse international network of leaders who collaborate to address complex social, economic, and spiritual challenges in their local communities. What truly sets BGU apart is its "city-as-classroom" philosophy, which embeds students directly into dynamic urban centers worldwide to provide hands-on, highly contextualized leadership training.
