Spring Arbor University, a private Christian institution in southern Michigan, is best known for its deep integration of faith and learning, guided by a foundational mission known as "The Concept." Among its strongest academic offerings are highly respected programs in nursing, education, social work, and business, all of which prepare students for both professional success and purposeful service. The campus culture is defined by a close-knit, Christ-centered community where students engage in a vibrant spiritual life, participate in competitive NAIA athletics, and receive highly personalized mentorship from faculty. Setting the university apart is its signature Cross-Cultural Studies program, a graduation requirement that funds and sends students on transformative domestic or international trips to broaden their global perspectives.

Developing from an earlier academy and junior college, in 1963 it began offering bachelor's degrees. Attaining university status in 1994, it is the second-largest evangelical Christian university in Michigan. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.
