About
The Université Virtuelle de Tunis (UVT) is Tunisia's pioneering and sole public virtual university, established in 2002 to offer flexible distance learning opportunities across various disciplines. It is best known for its innovative approach to higher education, providing accessible online degrees in fields such as Computer Science, Management, and Law, often in collaboration with other Tunisian institutions. For international students, UVT offers a unique opportunity to pursue a Tunisian degree remotely, making higher education accessible regardless of location. While it doesn't feature a traditional physical campus or dedicated international schools, its entire model is built around online accessibility and support, making it inherently welcoming to students worldwide seeking flexible, primarily French-taught programs. Its distinctive characteristic is being the first and only fully virtual public university in Tunisia, democratizing access to higher education.
