Université Paris est Créteil Val de Marne Paris XII

About

Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) is a comprehensive multidisciplinary institution renowned for its strong academic offerings in health sciences, law, economics, and teacher training. While French remains the primary language of instruction for most degrees, the university increasingly offers specific programs and modules taught in English, particularly at the master's level in international relations and scientific fields. To support its diverse global community, UPEC features a dedicated International Relations Directorate that assists incoming international students with administrative procedures, housing, and integration through a "Welcome Desk" and peer-mentoring programs. A particularly distinctive characteristic of the university is its multi-campus network spread across the southeastern suburbs of Paris, which provides students with immediate proximity to the capital while maintaining a campus-based community feel. International students benefit from French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses designed to improve linguistic proficiency alongside their primary academic pursuits.
