Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG) is a public institution known for its strong programs in Engineering, Medicine, Law, and Economics, alongside its foundational roots in military and public administration. For international students, UMNG offers academic mobility through its Office of International Relations (ORI), facilitating exchange programs and integration into its academic environment, though most courses are taught primarily in Spanish. A distinctive characteristic is its unique institutional culture, stemming from its origins linked to the Colombian Armed Forces, which instills a strong emphasis on discipline, ethics, and service within its diverse academic offerings.
