Universidad Empresarial

About

Universidad Empresarial de Costa Rica (UNEM) is a private institution primarily focused on business and administrative sciences, known for its practical approach to education. It is best known for programs in Business Administration, Marketing, and Human Resources, aiming to equip students with skills relevant to the Costa Rican job market. For prospective international students, the experience would be deeply immersive in a Spanish-speaking academic environment, as Spanish is the primary language of instruction and extensive English-taught programs are not a prominent feature. While specific international student offices or dedicated support services are not widely advertised, students would integrate into a local academic setting. A distinctive characteristic of UNEM is its emphasis on providing accessible, career-oriented business education tailored to the regional economic landscape.
