About
Universidad Arcis was a private university in Santiago, Chile, known for its focus on social sciences and humanities, particularly in areas like sociology, journalism, and education. Established with a progressive academic vision, it aimed to provide an alternative educational model. However, the university faced severe financial and administrative difficulties, leading to the revocation of its legal recognition by the Chilean Ministry of Education in 2017. Consequently, Universidad Arcis is no longer operational and does not admit new students, including international applicants. Its closure means there are no current international programs, dedicated offices, or support services available for prospective students.
