About
The Syrian Virtual University (SVU) is a pioneering institution in the Syrian Arab Republic, uniquely offering higher education entirely online, making it accessible regardless of geographical location. It is best known for its flexible, distance-learning model, with strong programs typically found in Information Technology, Business Administration, and Law. For international students, the experience is inherently remote, with all courses and interactions conducted online, ideal for those seeking a flexible study option from their home country. While it lacks traditional physical international offices, its entire structure is designed to accommodate students globally through its online platform, with course materials primarily in Arabic and some English resources. Its distinctive characteristic is being the first fully virtual public university in the Arab world.
