About
Located in Yerevan, Armenia, the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University is a prominent higher education institution renowned for its strong bilingual curriculum and rigorous academic offerings in the humanities, law, economics, and engineering. The university is particularly well known for its unique intergovernmental status, which allows it to award both Armenian and Russian state-recognized diplomas, making its degrees exceptionally portable across Eastern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States. International students experience a deeply multicultural learning environment supported by dedicated administrative offices that assist with adaptation, visa processing, and cultural integration. While most programs are taught in Russian, the institution actively fosters global academic mobility through numerous international exchange agreements and partnerships with universities worldwide. A distinctive characteristic of the university is its specialized Institute of Media, Advertising and Cinema, which provides modern, hands-on production training that is rare in the region.
