About
Pusan National University of Education (PNUE) is a highly specialized institution in South Korea, exclusively dedicated to training future elementary school teachers. Its academic strength lies entirely within various fields of elementary education, encompassing pedagogy, curriculum development, and educational psychology, preparing students for careers in public education. For international students, PNUE primarily offers exchange programs through its Office of International Affairs, facilitating short-term study opportunities rather than full degree programs taught in English. While the primary language of instruction is Korean, exchange students can benefit from cultural immersion and a supportive environment for their short-term stay. A distinctive characteristic is its role as a key national institution focused solely on shaping the future of elementary education in the Busan region and beyond.
