About
The International Islamic College of Penang (KIAPP) is a private institution established by the Penang State Islamic Religious Council, dedicated to providing comprehensive Islamic education. It is academically renowned for its specialized programs in Tahfiz Al-Quran, Syariah, Usuluddin, and Islamic Education, aiming to cultivate graduates with profound religious knowledge and practical skills. International students seeking an immersive Islamic learning environment will find KIAPP particularly appealing, with core instruction primarily in Malay and Arabic, and support mechanisms in place to assist non-native speakers. While dedicated international schools or extensive English-taught programs are not its primary focus, the college offers a unique opportunity for global students to deeply engage with Islamic sciences within a supportive community. Its distinctive characteristic lies in its strong emphasis on integrating traditional Islamic scholarship with contemporary educational practices, fostering both spiritual and intellectual growth.
