About
The Institute of Teachers Education, Perlis (IPG Kampus Perlis) is a specialized public institution within Malaysia's national network for teacher training, primarily dedicated to preparing future educators for the country's primary and secondary schools. It is best known for its comprehensive teacher education programs, focusing on pedagogical methodologies, curriculum development, and subject-specific instruction across various disciplines. While its core mission is to serve domestic students and align with the Malaysian education system, the institute does not typically offer extensive degree programs or dedicated support services for international students seeking full-time enrollment. International student engagement is generally limited to specific exchange programs or short-term collaborations rather than full degree pathways. A distinctive characteristic is its integral role in producing qualified teachers to meet the specific needs of Malaysia's public education sector.
