About
The Evangelische Hochschule Hannover (EHH) is a private, state-recognized university of applied sciences in Germany, renowned for its strong focus on social work, diaconia, nursing, and religious education. It is particularly known for its practical, application-oriented approach, integrating ethical and social responsibility into its curricula. While most programs are taught in German, EHH supports international students through its International Office, which assists with admissions, integration, and exchange opportunities. The university does not offer dedicated English-taught degree programs but facilitates international exchanges. Its distinctive characteristic is its deep roots in the Protestant church and diaconal work, fostering a community dedicated to social justice and practical service.
