Arab Open University

About

The Arab Open University (AOU) in Lebanon offers a unique blended learning experience, making higher education accessible and flexible for a diverse student body. It is best known for its innovative open education model, with strong programs in Business Administration, Information Technology and Computing, and English Language and Literature. For international students, the university's flexible study options and online resources are particularly beneficial, allowing students to balance studies with other commitments. A distinctive characteristic is its academic partnership with the Open University (UK), meaning graduates receive a dual degree from both AOU and the Open University (UK), providing internationally recognized qualifications. While not having a traditional 'international student office' for non-Arab students, its pan-Arab nature and flexible learning environment inherently support a diverse regional student population.
